Project Description:
Redesign of "Forms" page, which is, essentially, a bookmark style collection of links to frequently used resources across various systems.
Original solution did not provide efficient UX for employees looking for relevant resources, but rather was based on memorization and repeatable use. In addition, I used an opportunity to implement appealing visual design, apply corporate style guide and improve readability.
Tools:

Zeplin
Optimal Workshop

Approach:
1. Stakeholder analysis: identified stakeholders, conducted user interviews to understand how they use Forms.
2. Scoping, simplification: separated pages that are not needed or not working anymore.
3. Card sorting, affinities: set up online card sorting exercise, asked 10 stakeholders to sort and group all remaining links. It helped to understand their points of view and usage scenarios and became a basis for current groups.
4. UX research: quick research of relevant bookmarking and knowledge management user experience patterns.
5. Visual Design: started from sketches, then wireframes and all the way to high fidelity user interface design.
6. Sustainability: assuming nothing is constant, designed admin flow to manage pages and groups, as well as search controls to find content faster.
